WKMV HV solid-state soft starter is applicable for three-phase HV asynchronous
(synchronous) motor of AC voltage 2.3kV, 3.3kV, 4.16kV, 6kV and 10kV and power
200-1850kW. By operating the panel and actuating operation mode, it increases
the voltage of motor according to the presetting curve to make the motor
accelerate smoothly, to avoid dragging the machine to the power grid as well as
the mechanical impact when the motor starts. When the motor finishes the
starting, the bypass vacuum contactor is switched on, the motor enters into the
state of normal work. The soft starter will go on monitoring the motor and
protect it against kinds of troubles. MV/HV solid-state soft starter fits in
with the scientific development tide, it will certainly become the dominant
products in China MV/LV soft starter industry. |

WKMV HV solid-state soft starter shall accord with following service conditions
and installation methods, otherwise, its service life will be affected.
01、Supply voltage: AC 2.3kV - 10kV, 50/60Hz;
02、Applicable motor: HV asynchronous (synchronous) motor of 200 - 18500kW;
03、Starting frequency: less than 4 times/hour;
04、Environment temperature: -25 - +50℃;
05、Implementing standard: IEC, EN, NEMA, CSA, IEEE ;
06、Humidity: 5%-95% no condensation;
07、Applicable location: free of metallic scrap, conductive dust, corrosive gas
and sharp shock.
08、Protection degree: IP00, IP32, IP54 (optional), meeting the requirements of
general service location;
09、Altitude: 3000m below, if beyond, the soft starting power should be improved
properly. |
